ST. PAUL'S CHURCH - NANTUCKET, MASSACHUSETTS

1. Floral Landscape Window with three lancets and tracery, 120" w x 214" h

2. Five Apse windows, floral landscapes, each panel 42" w x 60" h.

Consultant and conservator to the Church. Prepared condition reports and conservation proposals. Project Manager and chief conservator for the complete restoration of above windows to include complete dismantling, edge-gluing, replacement of opalescent glass damaged by severe storm, acid-etching of new memorial plate, partial and complete releading, cleaning, adding additional support. Design of new protective glazing system.

FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, GERMANTOWN - PHILADELPHIA, PA

1/ Victory of Life window 150" w x 180" h, three lancets w/ tracery

Full restoration to include: removal, cleaning, edge-gluing of broken glass, removal of plates for cleaning, partial releading, restructuring and reinstallation. Restored wood frame to include: replacement of 50% of the wood members, epoxy consolidation and filling, complete paint removal, repainting and recaulking. Design and installation of new protective glazing system.

LOUIS COMFORT TIFFANY "MASTERWORKS" EXHIBITION - TOKYO, KOBE, NAGOYA AND TOYAMA, JAPAN.

Various duties in assisting the Chubu-Nippon Broadcasting Company with the traveling exhibition of ninety-four pieces of Tiffany glass art at four museums in Japan. Exhibit included ten windows, twenty-eight table and floor lamps, and fifty-two vases, paperweights, paintings and other decorative objects. Prepared initial condition reports. Designed and fabricated custom crating. Assisted the curators with the mounting and dismounting of the objects at each venue.

UNITED STATES NAVAL ACADEMY CHAPEL - ANNAPOLIS, MARYLAND

Consultant to architect for the inspection of four monumental Tiffany windows at the Chapel. Work included: inspection of panels; preparation of detailed condition reports; preparation of restoration recommendations; assisted architect with preparation of final specifications; restored three sample panels to act as benchmarks for the project. Assisted architect with quality control during construction phase of the project.

LANDSCAPE WINDOW - PRIVATE COLLECTOR

1. Landscape window measuring 11' w x 17' tall.

Stabilization and moderate conservation of landscape window. Work included, cleaning, repairs to broken glass and lead came matrix, custom packing and crating for shipment to Japan.

MARYLAND STATE HOUSE - ANNAPOLIS, MARYLAND

Consultant to the State for the restoration of five Tiffany ceilings. Work included: recommendations for restoration; review of contractor's proposals and change orders; inspection of the work at the site and the studio.

WAYNE STATE UNIVERSITY - DETROIT, MICHIGAN

1/ Figural window with decorative side panels and transoms. Overall dimensions 13' x 12.5'. Central panel 60" w x 84" h, 1 panel 60" w x 36" h, 2 panels 28" w x 84" h, 2 panels 28" w x 36" h.

Prepared condition reports, conservation proposals and supervised conservation. Work included: complete dismantling, edge-gluing, replacement of poor previous repairs, partial and complete releading, cleaning, adding additional support and installation of protective glazing.

CHURCH OF THE COVENANT - BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS

1/ Sixteen monumental landscape and figurative windows.

2/ Fourteen double-lancet, decorative clerestory windows.

Consultant and conservator to the Church. Through a grant from the Tiffany Corporation, inspected the windows, prepared condition reports and conservation guidelines for restoration. Conserved the Good Samaritan Window and two of the clerestory windows. Work included: complete dismantling; edge-gluing; partial and complete releading; cleaning; removing previous poor repair work; and adding additional support. Design and installation of new protective glazing.

1ST PARK CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH, GRAND RAPIDS, MICHIGAN

1/ Fifteen windows depicting figures from the bible, each window 3'w x 15' h.

2/ Great West Window depicting the Kingdom of Heaven 14'w x 22' h.

Windows were severely damaged in a fire. Condition reports and conservation proposals. Project Manager for the complete restoration of above windows to include complete dismantling, edge-gluing, replacement of glass damaged by fire or lost during fire-fighting attempts, partial and complete releading, cleaning, adding additional support. Design of new protective glazing system.

ST. MICHAEL'S EPISCOPAL CHURCH, NEW YORK, NEW YORK

1/ Apse window, St Michael's Triumphant return to Heaven, 7 lancets, each lancet 5' w x 28'h all curved to match the curvature of the Apse wall.

2/ Angel in the Mist 4' w x 6' h

Consultant to the Church. Inspected the windows, prepared condition reports and conservation guidelines for restoration. Executed emergency stabilization procedures on four of the windows.

ST. THOMAS AME CHURCH - PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA

1/ Two ornamental Tiffany windows

Project included complete dismantling, edge-gluing, cleaning, partial releading, and adding additional support. Windows restored during a hands-on seminar presented by Mr. Femenella and held in conjunction with the Philadelphia Historic Preservation Corporation.

PARK AVENUE CHRISTIAN CHURCH - NEW YORK, NEW YORK

Consultant to the Church for the restoration of the monumental East window, a Tiffany figure window. Overall dimension _ 18' w x 32' h. Detailed inspection of the window. Preparation of the condition report and restoration specifications. Review of the contractor's proposals and change orders. Provide quality control through out the project for the Church. In addition, designed four light boxes for niches to install four Tiffany panels.

ST. JOHN'S EPISCOPAL CHURCH - WASHINGTON, DC.

1/ Lilies in a Landscape - 21" w x 112" h

Consultant to the Church for the restoration of ten windows by Tiffany, Holiday and Meyer of Munich. Responsibilities included: preparation of condition reports and conservation specifications; preparation of bid documents.

CYPRESS LAWN MEMORIAL PARK - COLMA, CALIFORNIA

Consultant to the cemetery for the restoration of over 35,000 sq. Ft. of stained glass including nine Tiffany windows. Detailed inspection of the windows. Preparation of the condition report and restoration specifications. Full restoration of two Tiffany windows during hands-on restoration seminars presented by Mr. Femenella.
